Written in plain English, the way we’d explain it across the bar. If anything here is unclear, call us we’d rather answer the phone than hide behind legalese.
- 01
The short version
This site is here to tell you what’s cooking, who’s playing and how to find us. It doesn’t ask you to make an account, it doesn’t follow you around the internet, and it doesn’t sell your information to anybody.
- 02
What we collect
When you open this site, your browser automatically sends ordinary technical details the type of device and browser you’re on, the pages you look at, and your IP address. Every website receives this; it’s how pages get delivered to you at all.
We use it for two things only: keeping the site working, and getting a rough sense of which pages people actually read. We don’t build an advertising profile from it.
- 03
Cookies
We don’t set our own tracking cookies and we don’t run analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
If something we embed sets its own cookie the map on the Visit page, for example that cookie belongs to that provider and is covered by their own privacy policy, not ours.
- 04
The services we lean on
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the Visit page shows a Google Maps embed. Both mean your browser talks to Google, which can see your IP address. That’s the only outside service this site leans on, and there are no ad networks or trackers.
- 05
Information you give us
If you call the venue, send us a message, or talk to staff about a booking, a band, a table for twelve or a lost jacket, you’re handing us your name, phone number or email directly.
We use it to answer you and to get the night right nothing else.
- 06
Who we share it with
Nobody. We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information. The only times it would ever move are if a company working on our behalf needed it to do a job (like keeping this site online), or if we were required to hand it over by law.
- 07
How long we keep it
Only as long as it takes to answer you and keep honest records. Once that’s done, messages and notes get deleted.
- 08
Your choices
If you’re in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted plus the right to opt out of the sale of your data or targeted advertising. We don’t do either, so opting out changes nothing.
Send us a message and we’ll verify who you are and take care of the request.
- 09
Kids
This site isn’t aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we’ll delete it.
